Incident Reporting

If an incident occurs, Chatham Recreation requires that a report be filed within 24 hours.

The incident could include:  An injury, accident, issue with a parent/child/coach/spectator, etc.  Documentation is critical - please help us help you.

You will receive an email with the form results (a copy will also be sent to Chatham United).  Please forward your copy to Chatham Recreation at .


Background Check Information


All Recreation and Travel Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Parent Managers and Assistant Parent Managers must undergo Background Checks consistent with Chatham Recreation's policy.  


Rutgers Safety Training

CPR - Defbrillator Training

Chatham Recreation in conjunction with the John Taylor Babbitt Foundation (JTB) placed defibrillators at our local fields. Training in the use of the defibrillator along with CPR is critical. We strongly urge all adult recreation coaches/assistants/volunteers to register for a CPR/Defib course.
